Valid Combination was 1 Degree +1 PG Dplioma /Diploma /Certificatebut not 1 Degree+ 1 degree
As you would be aware that DEC is dissolved now and UGC has given charge of Open & Distance Education few months ago, but till it has not issued any regulation about pursuing 2 degrees simultaneously.I would suggest you to wait for months and UGC will come up with all rules and regulation regarding Distance Education. There is no problem of joining regular mode after distance learning degree.
rule is that you should have graduate degree from recognized university. No specific condition is there for Post graduation admission like only regular mode degree or Distance through Distance not allowed etc.

As per your query it seems that you are currently pursuing distance MBA and once it is completed you wish to pursue full time MBA program.
So regarding this I would suggest that it is not advisable to pursue full time MBA after completing distance MBA rather I would suggest that once you complete your distance MBA you should work for 1-2 years and then opt for SAP or diploma course in:
- Wealth management.
- NCFM modules.

As per your query it seems that you are currently pursuing BE and your long term goal is to pursue MBA.
So as per your profile I would suggest you to work for 2-3 years after completing your BE and then opt for a full time MBA or PGDM program.
The advantage of this step would be:
- You will gain relevant work experience.
- After working you will know which specialization to opt on MBA that can further enhance your career prospects.
- This work experience of yours will give you competitive advantage over other candidates with no work experience during MBA admission.

valid option to take BE/Btech through Distance mode is
1) AMIE
2)IETE
3)IME
etc which are valid and recognised for Jobs and higher studies all over India.
