Dear Sagar, It was not possible to study 2 Degrees at a time whether regular, Distance Mode or combination of both as per DEC regulation.
Valid Combination was 1 Degree +1 PG Dplioma /Diploma /Certificatebut not 1 Degree+ 1 degree
As you would be aware that DEC is dissolved now and UGC has given charge of Open & Distance Education few months ago, but till it has not issued any regulation about pursuing 2 degrees simultaneously.I would suggest you to wait for months and UGC will come up with all rules and regulation regarding Distance Education. To save the academic session I would suggest to enroll for your first choice and when UGC come up with new regulation regarding 2 degrees, you can go for second degree if UGC permit

As per your query it seems that you are currently pursuing distance MBA and once it is completed you wish to pursue full time MBA program.
So regarding this I would suggest that it is not advisable to pursue full time MBA after completing distance MBA rather I would suggest that once you complete your distance MBA you should work for 1-2 years and then opt for SAP or diploma course in:
- Wealth management.
- NCFM modules.

As per your query it seems that you are currently pursuing BE and your long term goal is to pursue MBA.
So as per your profile I would suggest you to work for 2-3 years after completing your BE and then opt for a full time MBA or PGDM program.
The advantage of this step would be:
- You will gain relevant work experience.
- After working you will know which specialization to opt on MBA that can further enhance your career prospects.
- This work experience of yours will give you competitive advantage over other candidates with no work experience during MBA admission.
- Finally if you work for some years then you may yourself manage the expenses for your further studies.
Please note that, the final selection in full time MBA or PGDM program is made on the basis of:
1. Education background of the students. i.e. 50% marks in graduation.
2. Score in various management entrance tests like CAT, MAT, XAT, etc
3. Performance in group discussions and personal interview.
4. Work experience if any.
5. Other activities like participating in various event like debates, quiz, extra curricular activities, etc.

However if you do not wish to pursue full time MBA and and wish to do job and MBA simultaneously in that case you may consider pursuing MBA through distance education, by this you may easily maintain balance between your job and studies.
