I have completed my b.com and pursuing CFP but i am confused about whether do regular m.com or correspondence mba, which is beneficial ?

Go for regular M.COM. Refer-

Thereafter take campus placements, work for a while and gain reasonable experience. Once you personally feel ready to take the jump, pick E-MBA which is meant for work

Dear student, tax only needs practice. Anyway if you will do in distance learning mode you have to go for certain coaching to do well with it.

you can take admission in IGNOU it is the best university for distance learning and the session in that university is june 2013 now you can enroll in it, the fee is 9000 pr sem , or you can check its website for further details :

In order to pursue MBA, you need to be graduate in any field with atleast 50% marks in graduation, plus you need to take various management entrance test like CAT, MAT, XAT, etc.
However, as per your profile you may consider pursuing diploma in management from IGNOU.
