you can take admission in IGNOU it is the best university for distance learning and the session in that university is june 2013 now you can enroll in it, the fee is 9000 pr sem , or you can check its website for further details :

In order to pursue MBA, you need to be graduate in any field with atleast 50% marks in graduation, plus you need to take various management entrance test like CAT, MAT, XAT, etc.
