Yes, mass communication is the best. It has wide scope. But it has lots of subjects that one must focus on. You may pursue it through correspondence. But always remember that it is good to gain practical knowledge that you might not acquire in correspondence.

It is not possible to do remaining 2 years of your engineering degree by distance learning after completing two years of regular B.Tech degree course.

Don't go for online mode if you are seriously looking for a career in HR. Take proper classroom training as companies would be more interested in classroom training rather than the online mode.
