No, you just have to register once before the first round of counselling. NBE will not open the registration window before the second round of counselling. Candidates must note registration is mandatory to participate in the counselling process.

Yes, you can apply. It must be noted candidates do not have to register again for the second round. You can directly modify the choices filled during the first round (if you want to). Seats will be allotted based on choice declaration, DNB PDCET rank, availablity of seats etc.
