No, its not hard to get Dr BR Ambedkar Open University. The admission is based one merit and entrance exams. The institute accepts national entrance exams such as APICET and TSICET for MBA admission. The university accepts entrance exams for admission to its PG courses. The accepted entrance exam is TSICET.

It depends on the college/ University you want to take admission in. For taking admission I'm BRAOU for B.Ed you need to appear for the entrance test conducted by BRAOU. Admission to B.Ed is strictly merit based and depends upon the college entrance test that you give.
