Startups, University spinoffs, and MNCs are happy to hire skilled grads. Average salaries earned by grads range between EUR 50,000 and EUR 75,000 (INR 54.85 Lakhs and INR 82.2 Lakhs) per year.

In non-STEM fields, grads do face some challenges. Not because of  a lack of skills, but because of employers preference to hire grads with decent German communincation skills.
