Yes, TU Dresden charges a EUR 500 (INR 55 K) per semester long-term fee for students who exceed their program's duration by at least 4 semesters.
Senior citizens do not pay regular tuition, but a pay a reduced semester fee of EUR 40 to EUR 80 (INR 4.4 K to INR 8.8 K) instead of the standard EUR 338 (INR 37.3 K) to audit classes or attend the Seniors' Academy.
