In which round will I get a seat in DTU for ECE with an OBC rank of 1998 and a general rank of 10334?

Yes, you will easily get ECE in DTU.
You can get ECE in 1st round of counselling if you have put ECE as top priority because you have OBC quota and your general rank is very good.

For CSE, the required OBC-NCL rank is between 4000-10000.
