yes, you can get admission in this college directly in the second year through lateral entry entrance exam, if you have completed your Diploma and you don't have any backlogs. You need to perform good in the entrance to get a seat in this college. Best of luck.

I am assuming you to be of general category. You may get admission here, but the probability is really low as you have not achieved cutoff percentile.

Does this college peovide admission to Diploma students? If yes, then do they also take students of GTU?

Yes, admission to Diploma students is given in direct second year. There are no as such restrictions related to GTU, it's just there may be requirements of some documents after which admission is very easily possible based on your merit.
