JEE Mains and NATA are the two main gateways for admissions in B.Arch courses. The eligibility criteria for both of these gateways is 10+2 with PCM. Hence, you cannot opt for B.Arch course. However, you can be eligible for B. Plan because this required maths as subject at 10+2 level. Many of the universities like LPU offer B.Plan course and the eligibility criteria is 10+2 with maths and English as subjects with minimum 60% marks.

There are many colleges in Delhi University. First is SRCC and after that you can also opt Miranda House, Hindu College, Hansraj College, etc. best for economics (hons), but before opting any college check the environment of college. According to me, you go Hansraj College because my friend is also studying in that college and there faculty members are so good and NAAC has also given A+ to Hansraj College.

Although, it depends upon the university's own rules and regulations.
So, kindly go through the college website in which you wish to get admission.

Yes, I can say JDMC is better then Kalindi College in eco Hons. As I am pursuing my BCom hons from Janki Devi memorial college and it is a good college. As I studied at Janki Devi memorial college I can tell you that there is a good academic environment and also teaching and non-teaching staff is very good and helpful.
