To be eligible for MA Economics, you need to have passed graduation with a minimum of 50% with the knowledge of mathematics up to 10+2 level.

No, there is no entrance test for M.A economics.
There should be minimum marks in BA with 45% in economics or 50% marks in BA/B Sc./B Com.
