It is a government college which has a great faculty and campus but it lacks the infrastructure and facilities provided to the students. They provide grooming classes as well but they have not much good placement, they are doing a lot of thing but not success to improve placement and not in success in attract to top company. The max packages range from 3 to 4 LPA. So, it is a good institute but placements are not good.

Sai Vidya Institute of Technology is one of the best colleges in Bengaluru when it comes to teaching. The lecturers give their best in terms of delivering quality lectures and the management is committed to getting the best out of them. There are exceptions here as well, you might come across one or two bad faculty members who handle theory subjects. But in general, the teaching is top-notch!
Also, the other major thing to note about Sai Vidya Institute of Technology is its commitment to research and development activities. Students are encouraged to take up quality research topics and any student is free to approach any faculty member for help in writing research papers. Recently, a student from Department of Electronics went overseas and represented SVIT and IEEE at a global event with her research.
Talking about placements, the institution has seen a stable rise in the number of offers received in the last two years. Companies have started to show faith in the institution and all the students who have scored 60% and above have received offers. So, yes, SVIT is a very good college.
