In Electronics and Communication, you can work on designing equipment such as routers, switches, multiplexers and electronic switching systems, - basically, all the stuff related to Communication and in Electronics and Computer Engineering - deals with the effects of electrons to build components, devices, systems, or equipment- related to computing systems. Though both engineering branches have some similar subjects, but in the end, both branches are different.
Computer Science is related to the Software and Electronics is related to the Hardware. Some Electronic and Electrical engineering also work in software companies though.

Yes, 135 is the par score to get admission in MIT. Though there is significant variation in the cut-off in subsequent years but you are on the safe seat.
