Go for VIT CS. Life at VIT is quite easy with respect to PICTs. Almost all the companies visit both the campuses, but being from Electronics background you won't be finding many core companies visiting both the campuses. So choose CS. In India engineering becomes easy if you are from CS background.

Master of Technology (M.Tech) Telecommunication Engineering also known as telecom engineering, is a 2-year post-graduation course on Telecommunication Engineering, which comes under the field of electronic engineering.
