Yes, KDK College of Engineering, Nagpur is definitely good for pursuing B.Tech ENTC, the placement rates are 80% with starting package of minimum INR 3.1 LPA, with perfect practical experience students are ready to work after the course. 

Yes, you can get a TWFS seat at this college in ENTC branch with 70%.

Scoring 75 percentile in MHT CET is a pretty good score . To confirm yourself a seat at PDEACE gor B.Tech in ELectronics and telecomunication your percecentile should be more than 75 according to the previous year cutoffs, so your at the border , the cances are 50:50.
