The cutoff trend for BTech at Assam University, Silchar has been decreasing in recent years. In 2021, the closing rank for BTech. Under the general category for All India quota was 124518. In 2022, it decreased to 107607. Likewise, the cut-off ranks have changed from 169550 to 120691 for OBC, 252946 to 222239 for SC, 4298 to 4255 for ST, 184087 to 112089 for EWS, and 52296 to 1629 for PWD. This trend is likely to continue in the coming years, as the demand for engineering education in India continues to grow. A similar cut-off trend can be seen for female candidates under all categories however the ranks are slightly different.

For 2022, the cut-off was 107607 for General category candidates in the All India quota for BTech in Electronics and Communication Engineering at Assam University, Silchar. For female candidates in the general category under the All India quota, 168488 was the closing rank. BTech cut-off varies depending on the category and domicile/quota of the applicant.

The last year 2022 cutoff ranks for BTech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at NIT Calicut - National Institute of Technology other than General category are - 24486 for OBC, 64184 for SC, 68100 for ST & 20288 for EWS. While the admissions are based on the scores/rank obtained in JEE exam, the last cut offs also change a lot depending on All India quota or Home State. It varies if the applicant is a female.

NIT Calicut - National Institute of Technology will release 6-8 rounds of JEE Main cutoffs for admission to BTech  in Electrical & Electronic Engineering. The cutoffs will be released on a rolling basis, and the seats will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. The cutoffs will be based on the following factors:

  • The JEE Main score of the candidate
  • The category of the candidate
  • The number of seats available in the course

Candidates must visit the official website of entrance exam to read clear instructions on how to proceed with the counselling process, once the round is released.

For 2022 academic year, the cut off was 25202 for General category candidates in All India quota for BTech in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering in IIEST Shibpur. For female candidates in General category under All India quota, 36151 was the closing rank. BTech cut off varies depending on the category and domicile/quota of the applicant.

MNIT Jaipur BTech cutoff trend was as follows comparing 2021 to 2022

  • General AIQ - 10398 to 9862
  • OBC - 16379 to 14968
  • SC - 2368 to 51444
  • ST - 976 to 43868
  • EWS - 11440 to 11871

Similar cut off trend can be seen for female candidates under all categories however the ranks are slightly different.
