NIT Warangal EWS cutoff 2026 ranged from 554 to 8421 in the first round. Hence, EWS HS category students need to attain a rank of at least 8421 to be qualified for admission in the first round. 

For the EWS AI quota, the round 1 cutoff ranged from 402 to 4766. In both quotas, the most competitive BTech course branch was CSE.

NTA will release the JEE Main 2026 session 2 city slip in the second week of March 2026.

NTA conducted the JEE Main 2026 session 2 exam between April 2 and 8.

The rank required for admission to the BTech CSE course was 1605 in the first round for the General AI category. The NIT Surathkal CSE cutoff 2026 was released for the first round for different AI and HS quota categories.

For the General AI category, the competition has been decreasing from 2024 to 2026 (in the first round).  For the OBC AI category, competition from 2024 to 2026 has also decreased.

VIT exam for BTech admission is also conducted in 9 cities abroad. The list of exam cities include - Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Kuala Lumpur, Muscat, Manama, and Qatar.

This year, VITEEE exam is conducted approximately in 130 cities and 9 cities abroad. Candidates must enter their choice of city at the time of filling application form.

The last date for VITEEE 2026 registration was scheduled till April 12. Candidates who want to apply must submit their application form before the due date. No forms will be accepted after deadline.
