Yes, the GATE registration ID and enrollment ID are the same. It is a unique number assigned to the candidates after successfully registering for the GATE exam 2026. The enrollment ID serves as login credentials to check application status, download the admit card, check results, etc.

This year, IIT Guwahati is conducting the GATE 2026 exam. The GATE 2018 was also conducted by IIT. Based on the structure of the previous year's GATE question paper, students can expect that the exam will be moderate to difficult level.
