No, you can't get a better college and better branch, better to take a drop or prefer any top private colleges.

Hello Shivaji Jadhav, the admissions in Maharashtra are based on ranking in MHT CET and not in JEE Mains. However if you desire only CSE branch then you should explore the management quota seats in private engineering colleges and in deemed to be universities. Best wishes to you.
