It has not been announced yet but it'expected that national fasting agency would announce opening its portal for registration once again for examination to be conducted in the month of March. Apparently, he has appeared for the February examination too and you are not able to download admit card. Right? Do not worry. This problem sometimes happens intermittently and then goes away. GATE cutoff depends upon the opted specialization and category you belong to. However, a GATE score above 700 can be good enough for top IITs.

So keeping the above trends in consideration the All India Category rank between 10-12 can be safe here for admission in asked course. So you have to score above 300 marks in JEE Advanced.
