There is no school category in JEE Main. However if you belongs to SC category than you can get the following NITs.
1. NIT Jalandhar
2. NIT Hamirpur
3. NIT located in. Eastern region like NIT Arunachal Pradesh, NIT Mizoram etc.
4. NIT Calicut
5. NIT Srinagar.

It's not possible for you to get admission in SPA with 84 percentile. You need to have more than 95 percentile to get admission.
