Most of the colleges consider CRL rank. If the college has separate reservations for different categories then that take using EWS rank.

7 years agoI got 9.94 out of 10 in Andhra Pradesh board and 78 percentile in JEE can I get ECE or it in sastra.

Yes, You can get ECE branch with 78 percentile in Sastra. You may not get IT in round 1, but there are chances for you to get it in round 2 or 3.
