If you are of a general category student. Then it is very difficult for you to get PEC, Chandigarh . You may still try as your 12th percentage is good .

If you are not reserve and you are open for other states then you can try colleges in Rajasthan as well. If we talk about the best college you can inquire at SKIT,Jaipur.
