The mentioned is a percentile that is 2.192267 in JEE Mains that is relatively very low.
This is the one of the lowest rankings that students get and clearly he is not eligible for any college throughout the exam.
Here is the rough figure that you can estimate for his next attempt :
<90 percentile for general category
<80 for OBC.
<40 for SC and ST.
Now this is the information that you can consider for his next attempts and with great mentorship and hard work he will definely clear the exam

A percentile of 3.4 out of 100 is relatively very low and not considered good.
This percentile of 3.4 is one of the lowest rankings you can achieve you have to must solve previous year question papers and a expert mentorship for your next attempt where you will definitely get a good score that will be above 85 percentile.

Yes — you can get admission into the B.E./B.Tech programme at All? Saint's College of Technology without JEE Main, under certain conditions. The college accepts state-level entrance counselling (e.g., MP? CET or MPPE) based on Class?12 (10+2) merit instead of JEE Main
It also offers management quota seats, filled based on Class?12 marks (usually minimum 45–50% in Physics, Chemistry & Maths), even without an entrance exam score. So if you meet the academic eligibility (Physics, Chemistry, Maths in 10+2 with required aggregate) and apply through MP? CET merit list or management quota, admission is possible without JEE Main.

Yes, you can get admission to BTech at M.A.M. College of Engineering and Technology without appearing in TNEA counseling. To be eligible for admission to the course, the candidate has to score a minimum of 50% aggregate in graduation in a relevant stream from any recognised institute. Although admissions are done based on ranks obtained in the TNEA counseling exam, there are some seats reserved for direct admission under the management quota.

Hi Jaideep, JEE Main exam centres in Faridabad (City Code: HR03) are usually in top schools or colleges like DAV Public School, Sector-14, and others. The exact centre is mentioned on your admit card or city intimation slip after registration. Faridabad is a valid JEE Main city, so you can definitely choose it during application.
