Hi, as far integrated course is concerned you need to check the placement records and infrastructure provision in that college. In case of JNU Delhi, it is the first batch of integrated course in 2018 whereas in University of hyderabad the placement record is good.
You can refer to the following links for college reviews by the students themselves:

Hello Harsha Sunny,
You are enquiring as to what will be the cutoff in JEE Mains conducted by NTA for clearing students for JEE Advanced or registering for JoSAA. Right? It's simply not possible for a layman to do this. However I would like to advise you that please have patience. NTA is likely to announce this and many more things by the end of this month. Please wait till then.
Best wishes to you.

Hi,
JEE Advanced examination is yet to be conducted this year on 27 May 2019. IIT Roorkee holds the responsibility for conducting the exam in computer-based mode. At this score, I'll prefer you to opt for the Nirma University as this university is much better than MSU Baroda in terms of placements, infra and faculty.

Your question is not enough to answer. However, private colleges are good if you have enough money. Colleges like VIT, MIT, LPU, SRM-IST, AMITY, CU, etc., have a good reputation and placement statistics. Further, if you are a meritorious student then these will provide up to 100% scholarship also.
