Eligibility criteria :- A candidate should have passed in Higher Secondary Examination conducted by the state / central board of examination or its equivalent examination with 70% in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM) with an aggregate of 75% marks for general and 60% for Sc/St categories.

No, you cannot eligible for JEE examination.
Candidates still can appear in JEE Main exam three times in three consecutive years. For more query we can visit on this

No issues if you did not qualify JEE. Try for admission in private universities like Lovely, Amity, Manipal, etc. They have their own tests for admission and easy to clear as compared to JEE. All these universities have wonderful infrastructure and world-class facilities to offer to students apart from good placements that they offer. Some of these even offer scholarships thus making it easy for students for financially weak families to have quality education.
