Are you looking for any specific college cut off. You can look for college -by-college cut off. Maximum marks scored in OBC category is 73 and minimum is 45. Yes, you are eligible to apply in BIT, Jaipur for ECE.

If you are qualified with big margin from the cut-off of your respective category, then only you will get the college. Every college has it's own opening and closing rank for individual branches and your rank should lie within it. Within the first 30000, you can ensure seats without any problem. If it is above 50k, its totally impossible.

NATA is important for B.ARCH admission. Without NATA, your drawing skills and ability to go for architecture cannot be evaluated. So, its not possible with JEE only.
