Just minimum of 75 Percent if you are from CBSE. It's a threshold score for IIT. Better to be above this score. And till now, syllabus hasn't been changed much.

Hello,
I hope you are doing well. Congratulations on getting selected for JEE Mains. You have cleared the OBC criteria of marks 45 and hence you are eligible to sit in the JEE Advance paper. Start your preparation, enroll yourself for JEE Advance and try to crack the cutoffs required for getting IITs and IIITs.

Hello, Hope you are doing well. It depends upon which branch you wish for. There are 100% chance if you wish to have EEE, Chemical like core branches. And fair chances to get into IITs, wait till last round of counselling.

Cut-off for B.Arch at MNIT is as follows:-
250 for General, 220 for OBC, 160 for SC and 150 for ST. (These are approximate data)
So, it depends upon of which category you are.
Anyway participate in counseling till last round and believe in your luck a bit.
