Now the board normalization marks depend on the education board under which you took your board exams. If you are from Chandigarh then you have more chances. I think CCA has 40 seats. 35 for Chandigarh students & 5 for other states. Now as you have a good Mains score, that is a plus point and usually most students do not go for Architecture courses. If you are sincerely interested in taking an architectural engineering course, I would say take it. Take those courses only which you truly want to learn.
All the best!

You can get scholarship in Chandigarh University by giving CU-SAT exam. A student who has scored 50% or above in their secondary Education (10+2) from a recognized school (under affiliation of CBSE/ State Board/ICSE or others) at Chandigarh University is eligible to appear in CU-SAT.

This is the newest campus of VIT and last year students got CSE below 1 Lacs rank easily and I think its not better option to take admission in Bhopal campus because fees structure similar to vit Vellore and Chennai campus somewhat. And its infrastructure not fully completed and still its under development
If you think to take admission in VIT, then you should refer Vellore or Chennai campus now and if you are not getting this campus, then you should try other university or college.
