Sorry to say, but you will not be getting any NITs, on the basis of marks, but don't get demoralized, you can get state-level government colleges or private colleges across India. If you want to take admission now, go for it or try next time with more effort.

Yes, you can appear for TNEA. As you have completed your HSC from other state, you may have to apply under other state quota. You can get admission based on your board exam marks and there is no entrance exam.
