Bennett University being a new university and not so famous too admits you without any cutoff and also on your 12th marks too. So better contact their admissions department.

Yes, you can get into tier-3 or baby NITs. Else you can also go for GFTIs (Government Funded Technical Institutions) like SLIET, BIT-Mesra and IIEST-Shibpur.
