The exam pattern of BITSAT is as follows :
1) physics - 40
2) chemistry - 40
3) mathematics - 45
4) a) English proficiency - 15b) Logical reasoning - 10
Total number of questions is 150. For ervy correct answer you get +3 marks and - 1 for every wrong answer. The total marks is 450. But if you complete the exam before the allotted time that is 3 hours, then only your would get the extra 12 questions. These will of equal Weightage that is 4 questions each from PCM.

Yes, they are eligible. They can apply under other state quota. TNEA is the admission process for most of the engineering colleges in Tamil Nadu which are affiliated to Anna University. Your board exam marks are used for admission and there are no entrance exams.
