No, many colleges take admission on the basis of class 12th marks so if you unable to qualify the JEE Mains exam then don't worry. Try for colleges which can give admission on the basis of class 12th marks.

It is tough to get CSE as CSE is demanding branch in engineering. So many students want to take this branch and college also try to give CSE to students whose rank is less but try and check the college by this link:

You should try in private college such as DIT University, Chitkara university, LPU, Sharda University, Amity University, Parul University, PDM university, Alliance University, Shobhit University.

It's sad to say but I have to, you didn't get any NIT college in this rank. But you can try for NIT Manipur or Sikkim. Gods know your luck brightens and you may get admission in this college. If this also not works then you may apply for other Govt. colleges on the basis of your JEE Mains rank.
