If you are interested in B.Tech, you can easily opt a good engineering college at this percentage. Meanwhile, you can visit some of the good engineering colleges of Jaipur like Anand International College of Engineering, SKIT and JEC.

No, you can get admission in IITs and NITs by this score in JEE Mains as you have to give competitive entrance exam including SAT, MCAT, LSAT, GMAT, GRE, IELTS and TOEFL which are required for abroad studies.

Sorry to say you can't get admission through JoSAA counseling but as you are an OBC, then you must score more than 100 in JEE Mains to get admission through JoSSA counceling.

The exam for HBTU from 2017 is going to be JEE Mains itself. So, now the exam is JEE Mains and previously it used to be UPSEE. You can do your regular JEE preparations for it!
