IIT Bhilai round 6 cutoff has been released for admission to various BTech specialisations. The cutoff was released for different categories belonging to the All India quota. The cutoff ranks among the General AI category closed between 7382 and 17478. Therefore, 350 is an excellent score to get admission to IIT Bhilai for candidates belonging to the General AI category.

No, you cannot get admission in DY Patil College in Pune or any other top colleges with 80 percentile in JEE Mains.

80 percentile is a decent percentile, but not enough to get admission in DY Patil College in Pune.

You may get admission in other private colleges.

He can try for the branches other than CSE and ECE in low range. You can likely get into some IIITs but not the top one's. The specific IIITs available will depend on the category branch and the overall seat availability.

60 percentage in JEE MAIN is not good enough for Assam University. While 60 percentage score might be enough for some colleges. Assam University generally require a more higher percentile. The cut-off for 2025 is out.The round 6 closing  rank for B.Tech computer Science and engineering was 58926, electronics and communication engineering was 67237 and for agricultural engineering the 6th round closing rank was 88476.

You can get tier-3 colleges like IMSEC, GFTIs, private college and less known nits/iits. You can easily opt for homestate quota counselling for a admission in your preferred college in your state.

According to your rank in JEE mains, I think you can't get college in IITs, but you can try for NITs in that also, there is not very high chances of getting in CSE, but you can try to compromise branch as in you want tier one college so you can just go for branch like civil engineering while having admission in a tier one College

For sure, you should enter your CRL rank if they are asking you to enter the rank for The college predictor

If they are specifying category rank, then go for category rank or else, simply, you have to type for CRL rank
