Chances are low of getting best or top colleges, but you can get a good or average college. Getting a college also depends on your rank and category. Do research about colleges which offers Aerospace Engineering in your City/Town or State. See their last year's cut-offs. See, can you get a college based on your rank?

Yes, if he got above 75% in PCM and admission on the basis of JEE Mains performance depends on the category to which he belongs.

With a rank of 7832 in JEE Mains, you can get a top NIT. Maybe Warangal, Surat, etc.

In BITSAT, with a score of 315, you cannot get the electronics branch at Pilani campus, but you might get at Hyderabad campus.
For the previous year cut-off scores, refer:

I have no idea about JEE Advanced, but the link for closing and opening ranks give you an idea about which IIT, you can get with your rank.
If your rank is around 3000-5000, then you can get a good IIT like Del
