These UP government colleges do accept JEE Main scores through UPTAC counselling, and have cut-offs in the range your rank can fit:

1. Govt. Engineering College, Azamgarh
Provides IT, Civil, Mechanical with seats through JEE Main/UPTAC

Closing ranks are generally in the 5,000–6,000 range for IT/Civil.

No a GATE score is optional. TS PGECET can be also used to secure admission to M.Tech at Vignan’s Foundation for Science, Technology and Research, Hyderabad. The candidates should have requirements of graduation. Both the two entrance tests are enough to apply.

1.Symbiosis in Indore

2.Gitam in Hyderabad or Vishakapatnam 

3.Quantum in Roorkee

4.Arya group, SAGE, etc.

For the JOSSA counselling, your category rank is considered while for CSAB Counselling, your CRL rank is considered . So Both ranks are considered but it depends on the type of counselling you are appearing for, Whether it is JOSSA or CSAB.

You will get the result of B.Arch JEE Mains after your exam is over. Usually after 1 month, you will get the result after the date of exam. You can see the result on jeemain.nta.ac.in .

You can get North Eastern NITs with a category rank of 17679 in JEE MAINS. Rest you can not get any NIT with no means. You should try for GFTIs and may be state government colleges because there are more chances.
