As per your rank, you will not get any colleges via JOSSA because JOSSA have only govt. funded institutes, however, you may look forward for JIIT, Noida as you may get some good branches there.

As per your rank your chances of getting any NIT's is very slim. So if you got your preferred branches in VIT or SRM then choose any of them both are good.

As per your rank, JIIT Noida will be the best choice for you, if you want to take admission via JEE or you may look forward for other exams.

It's tough to predict as the cut-off seems to vary each year, however, on an average, you need to score 170+ in JEE Advanced to get under 4000 rank.
