You can get good branches but for CS, it's very difficult unless you pay extra fees.

If you are general, then you will not get the seat but if you belongs to OBS category then in 5th or 6th round, you may get any of the NITs whose rank is low among all the NITs.

Many coaching institutions have released the answer key as JEE Mains has not released the answer key on 18th. So, if you have not seen the answer key yet, you must go through the resonance website.

According to the cut-off released this year, only those students are called for counseling whose rank is less than 20000 on 10th May. So, it seems to be not possible as your rank is 30000 so just wait and see if they call you. You must try in other institutions as well.
