Why do you feel that JEE is the final end of your life? Appear for other streams, if you are interested in. If you took a drop to prepare for JEE, and then failing to get good marks, thinks and correct some weakness that are harming your results. Or, think of a new options. You have a good score in class 12th.

What is your category among general, OBC, ST and SC?

The minimum score to get a seat in NITs is 130-150.

Through this marks, it is difficult to get good NITs through this score. If you belong to general category, then it is not possible

These exam are not compulsory after class 12th. It depends upon the career option you want to do after class 12th.
If you wants to become engineer or doctor, then you may appear in exam, but if not, then it is not compulsory.
