For joining Merchant Navy, you are advised to appear for Joint Admission Test conducted by Indian Maritime University. You can chose between B.Sc in nautical science or marine engineering depending on your interests.

Hello Ajay,
For admission in IITs you need to appear for JEE Advanced. For appearing in JEE Advanced you need to score more than cutoff in JEE Mains. I think you have scored less than the required cutoff and hence not eligible for JEE Advanced and hence not eligible for IIT Allahabad.

Hello Aditya,
The concession is available to PWD in cutoffs. Normally cutoffs are lower than normal, but then you have to be in higher strata of rank. For top NITs, you need to score around 300.

Hello Vaibhav,
Your rank appears to be reasonably okay. I feel you should get admission in one of the good NITs. Give all possible choices. Do not skip out any NIT.
Best wishes.

Hello Mangesh,
Your ranking is way off. Please ask yourself a question. Why Engineering? There are equally interesting professions other than engineering. Please select any one of these and I am sure you will achieve success.
