There will be no problem, while getting admit card. But, you will face problem during the admission process.

You should score at least 90% in PCM, but the eligibility criteria is 75% in class 12th boards.

The AEEE is a fairly easy exam as compared to JEE main / Advanced or any other all India entrance test. Good knowledge of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics from NCERT text books should sail you to a good score in the same. For additional help, you can search for sample question papers of the previous years online and solve the same, to be able to face a simulation before you actually perform in the hall.
