You should enter new Adhaar enrollment number in place of Adhaar number.

The toughness level will be same as that of previous years. Don't worry, just manage to fulfill board's eligibility critera.

As you are from Delhi 85% seats are reserved along with defense quota, if you manage to score good grades then there will be a possibility to get a seat.

First, solve NCERT then go for refreshers. HC Verma is good for physics and RD Sharma for maths.

You can either join some good JEE coaching or start yourself by solving NCERT and some JEE refreshers.

The best engineering colleges by normal reckoning are any of the IITs. But, then there are specialty colleges viz. UDCT or PDPU, etc. which have their own merit. But, of course, IIT's always hold sway. To appear for JEE Mains you have to score 75 percent in your 12th. But, clearing JEE Mains with good rank will not get you into IIT. For this, you have to qualify JEE Advanced as well.
