Actually there is a book name Errorless Book. It has different edition in index, they have mentioned that from last 4 to 5 years which chapter's questions are coming in JEE. You must refer that as it will be available in stores or in your college library.

It contain objectives related to physics JEE and in index they have given the name of chapters and according to JEE exams, they have mentioned the number of questions came from each chapter from the year of 2009.
