There's nothing like that, board wise. Even if you're a CBSE student you will have to prepare anyway.
yes if your school/college medium wasn't English and you don't have a good grip over English, you might misinterpret the questions.

There are no such option. You have to write Sathyabama entrance test and provide your +2 marks to get admission in Sathyabama University.

You have to check the required percentage for IIT for up board .If you percentage are above the required percentage you will be eligible but if not there only one way that you again have to give 12th exam.
