Your chances are fair. You should check out rank predictors and last year cutoff rank of MNIT to be sure. But 90% chances are fair as you have a home state quota so don't worry.

If your JEE Advanced rank fall under 10000 then only you can get an IIT. You have a good score in JEE Main so you can try in colleges which take admission on the basis of JEE Mains score.Your boards marks are poor which wont help you getting into a good NIT.
