No, you can't change the data given during form fillup. Though very correction of very minor mistakes are accepted at the time of admission.

As per your score, you are eligible for JEE Advanced. So you need to concentrate on that first. JEE Advance has more better options than Mains.

No, You may not any your preferred branch with this mark in OBC Category in NITs and IITs. Insted you can try for some other reputed Government Private colleges.
