Engineering in Delhi

No,every college has a complete 4 years B.Tech degree programme for streams the college provide. Dual degree is for those who have already decided to do M.Tech.

I think DTU is better option but if seen according to priority list which is best
NIT Durgapur, DTU, NIT Hamirpur & Jalandhar.
In NIT, Durgapur last year closing rank was 18112 so there is less chances but if take part in JOSSA counselling carefully then there will be a chances in Durgapur otherwise DTU is better option.

No, you can not get it as your marks are too less. You should try for other best private colleges. All the best.

In Delhi, IIT Delhi, DTU, IPU are the best.

IIT-Delhi, Delhi Technical University (DTU), NSIT these are best college. Others colleges are IP university, Maharaja Agrasen Institute of technology and many more.

In 12th, you have scored 55%, therefore, you should try to move abroad, especially, Germany by scoring good marks in IELTS.
