If your goal is to pursue groundbreaking research in this field and publish high quality papers and research articles, then your best bet would be pursue your higher studies and find jobs in any one of these countries.

First correction. USA only offers MS and not M.Tech. To be eligible to apply to MIT for any course , you need to hv a very strong profile in terms of overall development other than academic. To understand it better, read at the following link.
